  • *When exchanging/returning you have 2 options*

 Option 1. Fill out the exchange form and return the item at your cost

( again, USPS is cheaper

Option 2. Fill out the exchange form and have us invoice you for a label for shipping to and from (if exchanging) or to us if returning.
(we will use the rate based on the cost shipped to you)

With either Option 1 Or 2 include below 
All packages should come with a return/exchange card however if yours does not :INCLUDE:
NAME
ORDER NUMBER
PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL
( these are essential so we can locate your order)

 Once we get the exchange or return we will email you. We will calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the new item and send an invoice (depending on weight it is normally $5-8) 
 


*All Returns will be issued to a gift card or same item Exchange.

                     Exchanges & Returns 

  • Items must be in SAME condition as shipped.
  • (Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order- POST MARK musts be by the 10th day. 
  • SALE items, Swimwear,  Personalized Items, Worn items or used items are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • *Customers are responsible for exchange/return shipping costs to and from our facilities (USPS first class is the cheapest option to return to us KEEP your tracking number, we are not responsible for lost items delivered to us) 
  • *If you received the WRONG item (it does not match your invoice/order confirmation) we will ship the correct item with a prepaid label for the incorrect item. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in same condition. It is the customers responsibility to check the items once received.
  •  *Please make sure item is in SAME condition as we shipped. Not been washed, worn, no stains, no weird smells (smoke smell ect.) If the item is returned like this you will be NOT be able to exchange and will be responsible for shipping of the SAME item back to you. 
     

    We have the right to deny any exchange or return if any of these conditions are met.

Full Exchange Policy 

The Cheapest way to ship back to us 99% of the time is USPS. KEEP your tracking number in case the package is lost. We are not responsible for lost packages.*IF you get the wrong item and it is our mistake please email support@shopgabriel.com and we will fix your order at our cost! ** customers are responsible for providing the CORRECT shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. A refund will not be issued.if the package is returned we will Reship at your cost **ONCE an order is placed and processed it is final. The order cannot be cancelled for a refund ,we can offer a store credit in the amount if the order is not prepared for shipment.WE DO not reimburse for shipping costs.--a restock of up to $5 can be charged on any return or exchange. DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST be reported within 10 days of receiving you item or nothing will be done. ** SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!!!!!!
Refunds will not be provided, store credit will be what was paid minus shipping cost. If you receive free shipping on a return, shipping credit may be take also.
Items Not Available to Exchange or Return: Worn Item, Washed Items, Swim Wear, Bralettes, Head wear, Gift Items, Personalized Items (Monogram products or any other items with name personalization) Cosmetics, any item with wear, worn shoes.
 **BOGO deals and discounts ( if you return an item that you used bogo on you will only be able to exchange that item-store credit will not be offered)
